Description

This interface allows the user to create cameras. The cameras can be attached to most type of representations. To do so press with the right-button on the representation you want and select the wanted camera in the Attach sub-menu. By doing so the camera will always follow the selected object.

  1. Name - The name by which this camera will be accessible.
  2. Detach - If the camera has been attached to an object this button will be enabled. By pressing it the camera will be detach from it.
  3. Move Speed - The speed at which the camera will move in the X-axis and Z-axis if the option Use Screen Edges to Move Camera is enabled.
  4. Move Limit X - The minimum and maximum position of the camera in the X-axis. This values are only used if the option Use Screen Edges To Move Camera is enabled.
  5. Move Limit Z - The minimum and maximum position of the camera in the Z-axis. This values are only used if the option Use Screen Edges To Move Camera is enabled.
  6. Zoom Distance - The minimum and maximum zoom of the camera.
  7. Jump Interface - The amount of a single zoom in or zoom out.
  8. Field Of View - The vertical aperture angle of the camera. See FOVy for more details.
  9. Near Clip Distance - The position of the near clipping plane. See Near Clip Distance for more details.
  10. Far Clip Distance - The position of the far clipping plane. See Far Clip Distance for more details.
  11. Render Distance - The distance at which the visible representations are no longer rendered.
  12. Use Smooth Translations - If selected the camera translation movement will be smoothed using an elasticity constant defined in Smooth Elasticity.
  13. Smooth Elasticity - This value defines the elasticity constant used to smooth the camera's movement. Higher values mean that the camera will take longer to reach the wanted position.
  14. Use Screen Edges to Move Camera - If selected the camera will move horizontally when the mouse touches the screen edges.
  15. Use Mouse Wheel to Zoom - If selected, scrolling the mouse wheel will zoom in and out.
  16. Use Terrain Height Instead of a Fixed One - If selected the camera will automatically adjust its height along the height of the terrain.
  17. Ignore Parent Yaw - If selected, the rotation along the Y-axis of the representation at which this camera is attached is ignored.
  18. Ignore Parent Pitch - If selected, the rotation along the Z-axis of the representation at which this camera is attached is ignored.
  19. Ignore Parent Roll -If selected, the rotation along the X-axis of the representation at which this camera is attached is ignored.
  20. Filter List - Shows a list with all the added post-processing filters.
  21. Add Filter - Adds a filter to the list with all the default options.
  22. Remove Filter - Removes the selected filter from the list.
  23. Filter Type - Changes the type of the selected filter. The available filters are:
    ASCII
    Black & White
    Bloom
    Dither
    Embossed
    Glass
    Halftone
    Invert
    Laplace
    Motion Blur
    Night Vision
    Old Tv
    Posterize
    Radial Blur
    Sharpen Edges
    Tiling
