Emitters
Point
This emitter has no configurable parameters. The particles are all emitted from the exact position of the effect.
Box
With this emitter the particles are randomly emitted from inside the bounding limits of a box.
- Type - The selected emitter type.
- Size - The absolute size of the box.
Cylinder
With this emitter the particles are randomly emitted from inside the bounding limits of a cylinder oriented along the Z-axis.
- Type - The selected emitter type.
- Size - The absolute size of the cylinder.
Ellipsoid
With this emitter the particles are randomly emitted from inside the bounding limits of an ellipsoid.
- Type - The selected emitter type.
- Size - The absolute size of the ellipsoid.
Hollow Ellipsoid
With this emitter the particles are randomly emitted from inside the bounding limits of a hollow ellipsoid. The hollowed part is defined by another ellipsoid with the size specified in Inner Size.
- Type - The selected emitter type.
- Size - The absolute size of the ellipsoid.
- Inner Size - The absolute size of the inner ellipsoid.
Ring
With this emitter the particles are randomly emitted from inside the bounding limits of a ring. Like the Hollow Ellipsoid emitter there won't be any particles emitted from the inner area of the ring specified in Inner Size.
- Type - The selected emitter type.
