Interfaces

Description

This interface allows the user to explore all the media items he can use. This interface is also used by other interfaces when there is a request for selecting a media item.

  1. Filter - Contains a list with all the media item types. Upon selection the filter will be applied on the visible list.
  2. Search - The search is based on the content of this field. The search works for partial words. Also, Space is the equivalent of a logical or and + is the equivalent of a logical and.
  3. Media List - The list of media items filtered by the selected filter and by the search text. The user can automatically create representations of the type model by dragging & dropping items of the type mesh directly into the world.
  4. Pages - A set of buttons that allow the navigation between all the pages of the Media List. The buttons < and > move one page back and one page forward respectively. The buttons << and >> move ten pages back and ten pages forward respectively.
  5. Configuration - Opens the Library Explorer Configuration interface.
  6. Refresh - Refreshes the content of the Media List.
  7. Open Bazaar - Opens the internal browser on the Bazaar page so that the user can subscribe media libraries and access them immediately through this interface.









Configuration

  1. Main Library - This section configures the Library Explorer window when accessed from the main menu bar. The resulting configuration will result in changes to the size of the Library Explorer window.
  2. Icon Size - The size of each of the thumbnails that represent a media item.
  3. Columns - The number of thumbnails visible in each column.
  4. Rows - The number of thumbnails visible in each row.
  5. Selection Library - This section configures the Library Explorer window when accessed from other interfaces. The parameters used to configure the Main Library are exactly the same that are used in this case.
